Leaving, the comfort zone.
This is my first post, to this format “the blog”.
A thing, I wanted to try out for a long time, so here I go.
Lately I have been finishing up another harddrive full of pictures, ideas and half finished project - soon to be forgotten again. Some things (a lot) deserve to be forgotten, and stored away - but there are things (good ideas and photos) where it almost seems sad to put them away. Mainly because I haven’t got a clue, where else to put them.
The idea is, that with time, this blog would work as a shelf for ideas, mini projects, testing, and just regular playing around. It would basically, just be me documenting, what I tinkering with at the time.
My new playground for some of my graphic design, and of course a mixture of analog photography, as well as digital.
As for now, I haven’t really thought everything through - and there may be some changes to this format along the way.
If you want to get in contact with me, feel free to write below or fill out the form in the menu - and I will get back. Feedback would be lovely, reach out with questions or anything else on your mind.
The picture for this post was taken on a foggy night, in the west end of Aalborg, more specific Vor Frelsers Church. It is shot on kodak gold with a Canon A1. Scanned on Plustek Opticfilm 8200i ai, converted with Negativ Lab Pro, and then in post converted to black and white in Photoshop.
Clearly inspired by Ingvar Cronhammar, that way he works with lights and pillars in many of his sculptures.
